About the event
An open meeting for anyone making reuse, repair or waste reduction enterprises and initiatives happen in Waltham Forest. You could be a sole trader, a small business owner, a staff member, a volunteer, or a campaigner. Come along to share ideas to help this sector grow in Waltham Forest.
The evening will include some roundtable discussions to help with programming ideas for:
Reuse and Repair Fairs,
Repair-shop / pop-up workshops at 228 Chingford Mount,
A whole sector symposium
Network meet-ups and fact-finding missions
Come along to...
find out about being involved;
share your news; discuss your ideas (whether tried and tested or in development) for doing at these public events;
tell us about your repair and reuse heroes;
discuss important issues for the sector.

an on-the-spot textile repairer for each Reuse and Repair Fair
3-4 pop-up activities and skill-shares at each Reuse and Repair Fair, and at a Reuse and Repair residency at 228 Chingford Mount
3 pop-up workshops
approx 12 contributors to a Reuse and Repair symposium

We will be on the top floor using the Co-Working Space. Please ask at reception about access.
This meet up is hosted in the spirit of collaboration and respecting each other's Intellectual Property.
The Reuse and Repair Fairs and associated programme is commissioned by Waltham Forest Council’s Climate Emergency Team. It is produced by Artillery CIC in partnership with Waltham Forest Council, Forest Recycling Project, Forest Fixers, Leytonstone and Walthamstow Toy Library and Waltham Forest Fashion.
