Meet Local Reuse & Repair Projects
in the Pop Up Market Place
Are you a local business, sole trader or community initiative with reuse or repair at the core of what you do?
Would you like to share what you do with the local community?
The Reuse and Repair Fair is the perfect chance to meet a new audience of potential customers wanting to learn how to extend the life of clothing and homewares they own.
We’d love to invite you to pass on your knowledge with the Waltham Forest community, whilst raising awareness of the service you offer.
Do you have a skill you’d like to share?
Could you offer mending advice, share upcycling skills, or bring something to make or mend live on the day to illustrate your craft…or would you like to join a panel discussion, host a competition or give a special offer (that we could help to promote?)
You’d be part of a pop-up marketplace at George Mitchell Secondary School, Leyton, which will celebrate all things reuse and repair and will also be a great opportunity to meet other like-minded conscious creatives!
Please get in touch to discuss your idea further,
Reuse and Repair Directory
As part of Waltham Forest Council’s response to the climate emergency and cost of living crisis gripping our country; The Climate Emergency Team and Waste & Recycling Team has teamed up with the long established Forest Recycling Project (FRP) to create the Waltham Forest Reuse & Repair Directory.
In celebration of the directory launch, Artillery CIC has been commissioned to produce three Reuse and Repair Fairs in 2024.
